Refund policy
Domestic and International Returns:
Each Valeria Andino Hat is handcrafted with care and made to order. Because of the handmade nature of our work, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your hat arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage sustained in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will be happy to repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Please note that variations in color, texture, and shape are a natural part of the hand-crafting process and are not considered defects.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
