Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
All ‘Collection’ Hats are handmade to order and can take up to 3 weeks from order confirmation to arrive at your delivery address. Please contact me if you wish for an expedited order, I will always try and accommodate your order and understand sometimes a hat is needed within a few days!.
All ‘Custom Hats’ will take up to 4 weeks from order confirmation to arrive at your delivery address.You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
US deliveries: We do not charge for delivery to addresses in the USA
International Shipping
We ship to almost every country in the world. Availability and shipping costs will be confirmed at checkout
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Valeria Andino Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hats@valeriaandino.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
International Orders
We welcome international orders and ship works wide (additional shipping cost may be added) however we don’t accept and returns on international orders
Returns
We happily accept returns for refunds within 7 days of order delivery. For a full refund the hats must be free from any signs of wear and must be in original packaging with tags, tote bags, thank you notes and the original shipping order form. You can always contact us for any return question at hats@valeriaandino.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All discounted or final sale hats are not eligible for return or refund. Customers accept responsibility for all return shipping costs. If you have an issue with the size of the hat then please contact us for advice.
Exchanges
We don’t do exchanges
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
